HOT CHINESE NOODLES | |
Pasta with hot sauce. Optional, add fish, poultry and/or vegetables. I: SAUCE: 2 tsp. tahini pasta and 2 tsp. water 2 tsp. wine vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. sesame oil 1 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. hot oil II: 1 pkg. thin Chinese noodles or very thin pasta 1 pkg. snow peas cooked or 1/2 lb. chicken, chopped and cooked or 1/2 lb. shrimp, chopped and cooked Mix all from column I and heat for two minutes. (Don't boil.) Mix and serve over noodles. You may add any other ingredients and serve quickly. Note: Recipe is easily doubled or tripled. This will cover about 12 ounce noodles and one package of vegetables. |
