CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. head of cabbage
1 can celery soup
8 oz. American cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion rings (canned Durkee brand name)
8 whole Ritz crackers

First cook head of cabbage for 20 minutes. Put 1/2 of cabbage in baking dish. Add 1/2 of celery soup and 1/2 cheese. Then layer the remaining cabbage, soup and cheese. Put crumbled onion rings and crushed crackers on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
