SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. thick sour cream
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated

Combine sugar, spices and eggs. Add all other ingredients, pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until set.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Spread on top of pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
