EASY CHICKEN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh
2 c. cooked sliced chicken or 3 breasts, cooked & boned
2 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Arrange cooked broccoli in greased 11" x 7" x 1 1/2" baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Melt butter and combine with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. May be made ready for oven ahead of time.
