2 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. ground beef, ground twice
1 lb. can kidney beans, drained and mashed
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt, pepper
1 pkg. tortillas
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Taco sauce

Heat oil and saute onion until golden. Add meat and saute until brown. Stir in mashed beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. Heat until sauce is thick. Spread by tablespoonfuls on tortillas and heat in 350 degree oven briefly until warmed. Fill with desired fillings.
