GRANNY'S FRESH APPLE CAKE 
4 c. fresh apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 beaten eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts

Add apples and sugar. Let sit one hour or microwave until juicy. Add oil and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients, then add vanilla and nuts. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. (May be frozen for later use).

ICING:

Combine 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 cup milk. Add milk if necessary for desired consistency. Cool cake and glaze.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
