TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 sm. head lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
1 med. tomato, cut in bite size pieces
1 c. pitted olives, drained and cut up
2 c. shredded longhorn, colby cheese
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco flavored tortilla chips, crumbled up
1/2 c. Catalina salad dressing

Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Stir in taco sauce. Toss lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cheese and chips. Spoon hot beef mixture and salad dressing over lettuce mixture; toss. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.

This Taco salad is great and quick. I made it with Boca (crumbles) quick and easy. Took out the cow added the soy!
