TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 sm. head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 med. tomato, chopped
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
1 c. crumbled taco-flavored tortilla chips
1/2 c. Thousand Island salad dressing

Cook and stir ground beef over medium heat until light brown, drain. Stir in taco sauce and heat. Toss lettuce, tomato, olives, cheese and chips. Spoon hot beef mixture and salad dressing over lettuce mixture, toss. Serve immediately.
