TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 can chili beans, drained
1 sm. avocado, mashed
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. head of lettuce, torn
1 bottle of Catalina salad dressing
1 sm. pkg. taco chips, crushed

Brown ground beef with salt and pepper in skillet, stirring frequently; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and next 6 ingredients, mixing well. Combine with lettuce in salad bowl, tossing lightly. Add dressing to taste before serving. Garnish with taco chips. Yield: 6 servings.
