VEGETABLE BARS 
2 cans crescent rolls

Press into 11 x 15 inch pan and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix and spoon onto pastry bottom.

1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
1/2 c. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Top all of this with sliced carrots, bell pepper, green onions, cauliflower, and broccoli. Press into cream mixture. Top with 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
