BAKED FLOUNDER 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen flounder fillets, thawed (or 3 sm. fresh fillets)
1/2 c. canned tomato sauce
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1 (16 oz.) can sm. white potatoes, drained
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
Chopped parsley

About 30 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 425 degrees. In medium baking pan, arrange fillets in single layer. Pour tomato sauce over fish and sprinkle with cheese. Place potatoes around fish and sprinkle seasonings and parsley over cheese and potatoes. Bake 20 minutes. Makes 3 servings. 215 calories per serving.
