CHEESY POTATOES - MICROWAVE 
3 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 can French fried onion rings
Pepper to taste

Cook potatoes, covered, on high for 10 minutes in a 2 quart casserole. Drain. Add sour cream and cheese and mix until fluffy. Sprinkle with onion rings. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes on medium-high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
