5 lg. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. honey
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 stick butter

Boil sweet potatoes, peel and slice. Place in Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg. Add melted butter, stir in honey. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
