PARMESAN POTATOES 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
5 medium potatoes, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix flour and Parmesan cheese in plastic bag. Shake a few potato cubes in bag at a time and put in buttered pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour. With spatula turn over and bake another 1/2 hour. Leftover cheese may be put in freezer for next time.
