SEWANEE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans Campbell's creamy onion soup or cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 c. cooked chicken, cut in pieces
8 oz. cream cheese, cut in very sm. cubes
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Make stuffing according to directions. Mix soup and sour cream together. Add remaining ingredients. Put in 2 quart casserole. Top with stuffing. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 10.
