SHRIMP AND PASTA SALAD | |
1 lb. whole shrimp 1/2 lb. sea legs 1 lb. linguine, cut in 4's 1 bunch scallions (sm. pieces) 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut string beans (defrosted and drained) Hellmann's mayonnaise Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp after they are cooked. Salt and pepper to taste. Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and then mix with shrimp, sea legs, spaghetti, scallions, string beans. Makes 6 pounds. |
