ORIENTAL SUPPER 
2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can water chestnuts
1 can chicken rice soup
2 can or more water if needed
1/2 c. cashew nuts

Brown beef. Drain off fat. Add rest of ingredients, except cashews. Put in large casserole or baking dish and bake 2 hours. Sprinkle cashew nuts over top and bake 1/2 hour longer. Chow mein noodles can be used on top instead of nuts.
