CARAMEL CARROTS | |
6 carrots 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. butter Salt to taste Pinch of paprika Peel and quarter carrots. Cook carrots for 20 minutes. Dip into melted butter, sprinkle with salt, paprika and brown sugar. Fry over low heat. Baste occasionally. Fry about 5 minutes. |
