GARDEN SHELLS SEAFOOD SALAD 
Just started making it this year. Good for lunch or supper. I take it to work for an evening meal. I like the artificial crab when I make this but crab, shrimp, lobster, salmon, tuna or any combo you choose.

1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
12 oz. shell macaroni
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1 1/2-2 c. seafood
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Cook macaroni; rinse, drain and add lemon juice. Add celery, onion, cabbage and seafood. Mix well. Mix salad oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour over the above mixture. Stir well. Chill. Serves 6-8.
