CHICKEN TORTELLINI SOUP 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. tortellini (any variety - fresh)
2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 whole chicken breast, boned and skinned
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 box frozen peas
1 tsp. dry or 2 or more tsp. fresh dill
Salt and pepper

Combine in pot 2 cans broth and 2 cans water. Add sliced carrots and simmer for 10 minutes. Add peas and simmer 10 minutes longer. Cut chicken into small pieces and add with tortellini and dill. Simmer 10 minutes more. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 3 or 4. Serve with cornbread and salad. Very simple and delicious. Especially good after Monday night fire meetings!!
