1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots, and water chestnuts 4 oz. spiral macaroni, cooked to semi-firm stage and drained (3 c. cooked) 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (3 oz.) 1 med. red bell pepper, chopped (3/4 c.) 2/3 c. Italian salad dressing 1/4 c. crumbled cooked bacon (about 4 slices) Run cold tap water over vegetables in strainer to thaw completely. Drain. Toss all ingredients, except bacon, in large bowl. Sprinkle bacon over top; cover and chill. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Your house plants will love being watered with this! |
