TASSIES 
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Mix together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from the stove and cool. Set aside.

DOUGH:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Mix thoroughly. Divide dough in 24 portions. Roll each into a small ball, just to make sure they are all equal. Press each ball into a small tart pan. Place filling in each tart.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
