CREAM OF SPINACH SOUP 
1 lg. can spinach (16-17 oz.), drained
3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Puree spinach in blender with milk, butter, salt and pepper. Pour into microwave-proof bowl. Heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Serve with crackers and/or grilled cheese sandwiches.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
