STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 c. strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
4 eggs

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. strawberries, fresh or frozen

Mix all cake ingredients well. Pour into 3 greased and floured layer cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Cool cake and then ice.

Icing: Melt cream cheese and butter together and add sugar. Remove from heat. Add coconut, pecans and strawberries (drained). Mix well. If a thicker icing is desired, add more confectioners' sugar.
