STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 sm. pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. Crisco (liquid)
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. strawberry juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line three 9-inch pans with waxed paper. Grease and flour sides. Soften jello with 1/2 cup water. Combine cake mix, Crisco, eggs, and strawberry juice; mix well and add jello. Blend thoroughly with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Bake for approximately 26 minutes.

STRAWBERRY CREAM FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2-3/4 c. drained strawberries

Mix all ingredients together; blend well. If icing seems "runny", add more confectioners sugar. When cake has cooled, frost layers and top. May garnish with fresh strawberries.
