FREEZER PEACH JAM | |
3 lbs. peeled & crushed peaches 1 pkg. powdered pectin 5 c. sugar 1 c. water Mix sugar and fruit and let set for 20 minutes. Dissolve pectin in boiling water for 1 minute. Add sugar and peaches. Stir for 2 minutes. Put ingredients into containers and let set for 24 to 48 hours until it jells. Then freeze until ready to use. |
