SAUSAGE CHEESE SQUARES | |
1 (8 oz.) tube refrigerated crescent rolls 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage links, thawed and sliced 1/2 inch thick 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 4 eggs 3/4 c. milk 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Unroll dough; place in ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Press onto bottom and 1/2 inch up side to form a crust. Top with sausage and cheese. Beat eggs in a bowl; add remaining ingredients. Carefully pour over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cut into small squares. Yield 12 to 16. |
