SALMON PIE 
4 med. potatoes
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg
1 (15 oz.) can salmon
Plain bread crumbs
Prepared pastry for double crust pie

Boil 4 potatoes and mash. Add 1 tablespoon onion and egg. Add salmon. If runny, add a few plain bread crumbs. Pour into pie crust, cover with top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 375 degrees and bake 30 minutes more. Serve with a basic white sauce of butter, milk, flour, onion and sliced hard-boiled eggs.
