SALMON PIE 
8 lg. cooked potatoes
3/4 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1 onion, chopped
1 can red Alaska salmon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 pie crusts

Drain water from well cooked potatoes and mash with butter and desired amount of milk; add salt, pepper and onion. After removing small bones and skin from salmon, flake it into hot potato mixture and blend. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and cover with top crust (use large pie plate). Bake at 350 degrees until crust is browned. Remove and serve with white sauce. Recipe below. Serves 4 to 5.
