SALMON PIE 
8 lg. potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 can pink salmon
1 sm. onion, diced
Salt and pepper
2 boxes pie crust mix

Drain salmon and save broth from fish; remove bones and black skin from the fish. When mashing potatoes, add onion and salmon broth instead of milk. Add salmon, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into large pie crust. Add top crust. Make holes in top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
