RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash salt
3 eggs, beaten
4 c. 1-inch sliced rhubarb
9-inch pie crust, unbaked

Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and dash of salt. Add to beaten eggs, stir until smooth. Stir in 4 cups rhubarb. Pour into a pie crust, put a few dabs of butter on top. Make a lattice top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
