RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
1 (8 inch) unbaked pie crust

Pour boiling water over 4 cups raw, chopped rhubarb. Mix together: 1 tbsp. flour 1 egg 1/2 c. thick sour cream

Drain rhubarb and put in pie crust. Pour custard mix over rhubarb and put top crust on pie. Bake about 40 to 45 minutes.
