MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can cream style corn
1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated cheese
1 sm. grated onion
1 or more pods hot pepper, chopped fine

Mix all ingredients together and pour in well greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees.
