MACARONI SALAD 
2 lbs. cooked saladroni
1 box frozen peas/carrots, cooked & drained
1 can French-style green beans
1 can kidney beans, drain, rinse, cover with vinegar for 1 hour, drain
1/2 c. minced onion
1 jar pimiento, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 can Spam, diced

Mix well and mix with dressing.

DRESSING:

1 pt. Miracle Whip
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

Best if left to set overnight. Real juicy, but soaks up into pasta. Serves 25. Great for picnics and potlucks.
