MACARONI SALAD 
1 pkg. curly-roni noodles, cooked and drained well
1 can Spam, cubed
1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas, cooked and drained
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper as desired

Combine cooked and well-drained noodles, Spam, cheese and well-drained peas in large bowl. Add salad dressing (or more, if needed) until all ingredients are moistened. This is best if made the night before so more dressing can be added, if needed.

To serve, sprinkle pepper on top. Can be used as a salad or main meal especially good as a supper meal in the summer.
