TURKEY IN THE MICROWAVE 
Butter
10 to 15 lbs. turkey

Rub the outside of the turkey with butter. Place turkey in glass or microwave-safe pan, breast side up. Roast on medium for 27 minutes. Turn turkey over and roast 27 minutes on medium. Turn turkey over and roast on high 27 minutes. Turn turkey over and roast on high 27 minutes. (If breastbone or tips of legs start to get too dark, cover them with aluminum foil.) Remove turkey from microwave. Cover with foil. Let sit 10 minutes; slice. Turkey will be brown and very moist.
