TURKEY MEATLOAF (For Microwave) 
1 lb. fresh ground turkey
1 egg
2 tbsp. bar-b-que sauce
1 tbsp. horseradish mustard
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. quick cooking oats

Mix egg, sauce and mustard. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Put in loaf pan. Make a hole or place juice glass in the center. Cook on "roast" or 1/2 power for 20 minutes or until edges brown. Cover with sweet and sour sauce. Bake 2 more minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
