TURKEY MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 egg white
1/2 c. oat bran
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 slices onion, minced
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. celery salt

Mix all above together and form into a loaf. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Can make 2 and freeze one. Serve with mashed potatoes, mashed with evaporated skim milk, white ground pepper and butter buds.
