CRUNCHY FUDGE SANDWICHES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle Butterscotch Morsels
1/2 c. crunchy style peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet real chocolate morsels
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water

In large saucepan, combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter; heat until chips melts and mixture is smooth. Add rice cereal; stir until well coated with butterscotch mixture. Press half cereal mixture into buttered 8 inch square baking pan. Chill in refrigerator while preparing fudge mixture.

Set remaining butterscotch mixture aside. Combine over hot (not boiling) water, chocolate chips, sugar, butter, and water; stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Spread over refrigerated butterscotch mixture. Spread remaining butterscotch mixture evenly over top. Press gently. Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 1 hour). Cut into squares.
