SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. water

In medium bowl, thoroughly mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion and egg. Firmly shape into 6 patties. Over medium heat, preheat a 10-inch skillet until very hot. Add patties, cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side until brown. Pour off fat. Stir in remaining soup and water into skillet. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
