8 med. potatoes
1/2 c. oil
1 onion
1 c. Bac-o's
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Quarter potatoes - place in baking dish with 1/2 cup oil. Bake 25 minutes. Add diced onion, place in oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven - top with cheese and Bac-o's - place in oven on broil until cheese has melted.
