SPEEDY SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. onions
1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
3/4 c. coarsely broken cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Combine corn, green pepper, onion, milk, salt, pepper, and half of cracker crumbs in buttered casserole. Dot with butter. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Allow to stand 5 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
