GRAMMIE'S STEAMED SHRIMP 
10-20 lb. med. to lg. shrimp, deheaded
1 bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 lemon, sliced
3 med. onions, coarsely chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4-6 ribs celery, coarsely chopped
4-6 cloves garlic, chopped

Wash and drain shrimp. Season with Tony's seasoning. Mix chopped ingredients together in a large bowl.

Into a large pot put a layer of drained seasoned shrimp. Cover with a layer of chopped ingredients. Add layer of shrimp and follow with chopped ingredients. Continue layering as above. Do No Add Water!

Cover and cook over medium heat until shrimp turns pink. Simmer for approximately 1/2 hour. Turn off heat and allow shrimp to absorb seasonings. The shrimp makes its own juice.

Note: The longer the shrimp are allowed to set, the better they taste.

Suggestions: Serve hot with potato salad, green salad and garlic bread.

Note: Steamed shrimp are also delicious served chilled.
