STEAMED SHRIMP (PER POUND) 
1 tbsp. seafood seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. shrimp/crab boil (optional)
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water (or beer)
1 lb. fresh shrimp or frozen, thawed shrimp

In saucepan, combine seasonings, vinegar and water (or beer) well. Bring to a boil. Add shrimp; stir gently. Cover, steam until tender, about 10 minutes per pound. Drain and serve!
