CREAMED POTATOES & PEAS 
3 lg. potatoes, peeled, diced & cooked
2 c. frozen peas, cooked
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour (Wondra)
2 1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Drain potatoes and peas, combine in bowl. Melt butter in saucepan, add Wondra flour, milk, salt and pepper. Heat and stir until thick and smooth. Stir into potatoes and peas. Rewarm all if necessary before serving. Serves 4.
