SHERRIED CUBE STEAK 
1 lb. beef cube steak
Butter
3 tbsp. minced green onion
1/3 c. dry sherry
1/4 tsp. salt

Cut steaks into serving size. Tenderize meat. In pan over medium- high heat in 2 tablespoons butter cook until browned. Remove steaks to warmed plates.

In skillet with drippings add 2 tablespoons butter and cook onions until tender. Stir in sherry and salt. Cook until the mixture boils, stirring to loosen up brown bits. Pour sauce over steaks.
