ONE STEP POUND CAKE 
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. grated lemon peel (if desired)
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon
1 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton pineapple, lemon or mandarin orange yogurt or sour cream
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 12-cup tube pan. Combine in large mixer bowl; blend at low speed. Pour into tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Cool upright. Glaze cooled cake.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine together.
