chocolate pudding (already made)
chocolate Oreos or similar cookies
jelly beans
coconut
diluted green food coloring
several very small waterproof decorated baskets
edible flowers (carnations work well)

Soak coconut in green food coloring. Crush cookies. Mix cookie dust and pudding together. pour into baskets. drain coconut. Top pudding mixture with coconut (grass). Top grass with jelly bean (eggs). Cut flower stems to the right length and put in the middle of the baskets.

Children can do this recipe with very little help and it's a fun Easter project!
