YOGURT BREAD 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. grated lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) yogurt - any flavor
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 eggs
Walnuts (optional)

Mix ingredients and divide into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
