ZUCCHINI BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. onion
15 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. basil
Salt
3 med. zucchini sliced
4 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
Shredded cheese

In skillet brown the ground beef, garlic and onion. Stir in the spaghetti sauce, pepper, basil and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes. Alternate zucchini slices and meat mixture in a 2 quart baking dish.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Then add the beaten eggs and milk which have been mixed together. Add shredded cheese on top. Bake until firm.
